…about heaven

Have you ever thought about what heaven will be like?  I don’t mean what job we will have or if we can walk through walls.  I mean, there will be no sin, no roaring lion seeking whom he may devour, no need to always be on guard, no need for the heavy armor we have carried through this life.  “…in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.” (Psa 16:11b).  There will be no distractions from enjoying God’s presence!  There will be no sorrow, fear, or worry.  There will be NO failure!  No one will be self-centered or want things their own way.  Everyone will be God-centered and rejoice in HIS WAY!  And there will be no time - no clocks to rule over us causing anxiety.

“What a day that will be, when my Jesus I shall see,  And look upon His face - The One who saved me by His grace.  When He takes me by the hand and leads me through the Promised Land; What a day, glorious day that will be!”
